Ryan Buxton

I am currently a Junior Programmer at d3t Ltd where I am utilising the skills developed during the course of my BSc (Hons) Computer Games Programming at Staffordshire University to provide a top rate games development service. I have written code for a number of titles across various platforms.

I have recently completed my internship as a Simulation Developer at Airbus Helicopters GmbH, based in Germany, where I was responsible for the development and integration of simulation and testing software. During this placement, I enhanced my C++ and C# knowledge, learned new languages such as Perl, Bash, new software like RHEL/CentOS operating systems and build/release engineering using bash scripts and GNU Make.

 

I have three and half years worth of Customer Service and Interaction experience from which I have gained a lot of communication skills in conjunction with my service in the Army Cadet Force from 2008 to 2013 where I also learned many skills such as leadership, problem-solving from command tasks and teamwork.
